Logo

The approved ICC Logo is required wherever the ICC brand appears all brand materials. The ICC logo consists of two elements: the ICC Mark and ICC Logotype Black is the only logotype color that may be used with the ICC Blue mark. When needed, the full logo can be displayed as White or Black. The mark cannot be ICC Blue when the logotype is white.

The corporate mark is the registered trademark of ICC. As such, it can be used by itself in marketing and advertising. Applications where design space is scarce (such as areas where the area of isolation is challenged) are the best situations where only the mark can be used. Otherwise, it is preferred that the full ICC logo be used.

You may not have noticed before, but the text in the ICC logo is in fact, not Oswald. It's a font called Akko Condensed, which is not available for free licensing. Because of this, the ICC Logotype can not be reproduced using your own text. You must use a PNG or SVG version.

Fonts

ICC's approved fonts are Oswald and Open Sans. Playlist Script is also sometimes used in specific designs.

Use type size, weights, and variants to establish a clear hierarchy of information. Feel free to also use all caps for small headings or titles not spanning more than 1 sentence in length.

For titles and headings in official branded collateral, such as ICC presentations, marketing campaign materials, and literature. Oswald should be used for all titles and headers, if not available, use Open Sans in its heavier forms. All weights of Oswald are acceptable for design flexibility.

For sub-titles and sub-heads use Open Sans Semibold.
Open Sans regular is the standard body copy font family, but other Open Sans weights may be used for design flexibility. When choosing which primary copy size to use, please use discretion based on which one is easiest to read given the media and final output size. Feel free to also use all caps for small areas of subtitles, headings, or titles. Preferably no longer than 1 sentence in length.

Colors

Primary Color Palette

ICC Blue as shown is designated as the official brand color. This specific shade of blue is to be used as the preferred color treatment of the ICC logo. Student Leadership Green is also acceptable as a logo color, but should not be considered the primary version.

The approved color palette for ICC materials include blues and green, as well as some recommended greyscale shades. These color palettes should be used to accentuate the ICC blue in print and web materials, not replace or overwhelm it. Simplicity and clarity should be a priority.

Sub-brands

ICC has adopted additional sub-brands unique to a few specific events and initiatives which carry their own identities to use along with the ICC umbrella brand.

When applying these identities across marketing material, they CANNOT stand alone. They must appear with the ICC logotype. The sub-brands may be the dominant brand on a given flyer, poster, or banner, but ICC should be present somewhere on the piece, preferably in the footer so that the connection to ICC is clear.
